摘要：
The effects of land use and public transport on travel demand were studied. It has a specific objective of analyzing empirical data on the effect of variations in density and land use mix on travel behavior. Results of these travel behavior research are presented, which are verified through simulation with Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detector (CHAID) software.
