摘要
For the digital measurement of very high repetition frequencies, dividers with a variable division factor and almost constant output frequency can be used in the form of phase loops with harmonic synchronization. The degree of the harmonic is determined by means of a frequency ratio measurement and leads to a multiplication of the time of measurement in the following digital frequency meter, thus making a conversion unnecessary. The upper limiting frequency corresponds to that of known sampling and latching circuits. The measuring process can be automated.
