摘要：
The way the businesses are managed has been changing rapidly in recent years. Business is becoming more international, decentralized and smaller. In this paper, we look at a new system which is designed to allow businesses to use the Internet for managing their activities and for coordinating with other businesses. We use multi-agent systems technology as the basis for delivering a suite of tools - called IntelliTools - which enable teams of people to work effectively together even when geographically and organizationally separated.
