The 4th Congress of Rollers was held on October 16-19, 2001 in Magnitogorsk. Manufacturing of high-quality rolled product from 17G1SU, 13G1SU, 22GYu, 10G2FBYu, and other steels has been considered. Modern rolling equipment has been described. Modernization of equipment for producing the strip metal has been discussed. Processes of manufacturing the tubes and pipes have been characterized.
