摘要
Magnetic properties of EuOx/Fe multilayered films are investigated by 151Eu and 57Fe Mossbauer spectrometry and a SQUID magnetization measurement method. Temperature dependence of the 151Eu Mossbauer spectra suggests that some component in the EuO layers maintains the magnetic ordering up to 170 K. Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in the Fe layers related to the Eu oxidation state of the EuOx layers was found.
