摘要
The influence of ram piston pressure on the mixing processing was discussed by mixing five formulas under four different ram piston pressure in a X(S) M-1.7 internal mixer. The optimum ram piston pressure was 0.5 to approximately 0.6 MPa when the conditions were: rotor speed 160 r/min, cooling water temperature 40 °C and filling factor 0.65.
