The paper reports on experimental investigation of heat and momentum transport in swirled bounded flow. Components of stress tensors and coefficients of turbulent transport were determined from measured average velocities, static pressures, and temperatures. Analysis shows that the axial and shear components of the friction stress are anisotropic. The coefficients of turbulent transport depend on the swirl and coordinate. At high gradients of angular momentum, centrifugal forces in the swirled flow tend to suppress turbulent heat- and momentum transport in the flow.
