摘要
AN OPTOELECTRONIC DEVICE IS DESCRIBED FOR MEASURING ANGLES OF INCLINATION OF THE WAVEFRONT OF A LIGHT BEAM IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL DISPLACEMENT OF THE FOCAL IMAGE OF THE RADIATIONSOURCE FROM THE IMAGE OF A REFERENCE SOURCE. THE ANGLE-MEASURING DEVICE CAN ALSO BE USED TO MEASURE THE WIDTH OF THE FOCAL IMAGE OF THE SOURCE. MEASUREMENT ACCURACY IS BETTER THAN1 IN. IN THE RANGE 1-500 INCHES.
