An optimal discrete system with a specified arrangement of the poles

摘要：
In a recently published article, a too complicated procedure for design of an optimal discrete system with a specified arrangement of the poles was given. Its essential simplification by using a polynomial equation with three unknown polynomials is demonstrated.
