摘要：
The approximations of geometrical optics are applied to problems of light propagation in a weakly anisotropic and inhomogeneous crystal. On the basis of the equations derived here from Maxwell's equations a comparison of properties of light propagation in three-dimensional photoelasticity and in crystal optics is made.
