摘要
The Soviet cable industry has recently completed the development of a new long-distance coaxial cable containing pairs of the type 2. 6/9. 5 and designed to work in the frequency band up to 60 MHz. The electrical characteristics of that cable fully satisfy the CCITT recommendations. The new cables can be used in the analogue transmission systems K-1920, VLT-1920, K-3600 and K-10800, and also in digital transmission systems operating at rates up to 500-600 Mbits/sec.
