This Code provides standard procedures for routine, commercial and acceptance tests for determination of the performance characteristics of steam turbine-generator unit speed and load governing systems. PTC 20. 1 provides recommended format for specifications for the performance characteristics of speed and load governing systems subject to modifications by mutual agreement between the parties to the tests and standard procedures for tests to determine the performance of speed and load governing systems.
