摘要
Two iterative schemes for the solution of a set of nonlinear equations occuring in the dc analysis of semiconductor electronic circuits are described. The evaluation of the effectiveness of these schemes was performed on the basis of obtained experimental material from the computer-aided dc analysis of various electronic circuits.
