The contact sealing of LDPE tubular film is described. An experiment was done with the given product under the actual plant conditions to find the influence of cooling velocity on LDPE tubular film extrusion and on surface finishing by corona discharge of TiO//2. Effects of slipping and antiblocking agent concentrations on minimum temperature of sealing effects and mechanical properties by contact seal were also studied.
