摘要
It is agreed upon that at present nuclear installations can be decommissioned safely, economically, and without adverse effects upon communities or the environment. Recently advanced is a new strategy that would extend dismantling time from 100 years to 135 years after closure. This suggests that after defuelling, the facility should be prepared for a 30-year care and maintenance phase.
