摘要：
An iteration method for the phase synthesis of planar antenna arrays of arbitrary geometry to achieve a given complex radiation pattern (DP) is described. A modification of this method is also described for application to a row-and-column-steered antenna array. Results of a phase synthesis of an element-steered and row-and-column-steered antenna array to achieve a given pencil radiation pattern with the nulls in selected angular direction are given.
