摘要
A method to measure temperature in the axis of an oscillating arc column has been offered. The method is based on the fast exponential decrease of plasma emission, when temperature drops in the direction of periphery of the arc column. The narrow zone near the centre of the column makes the main contribution to the emission intensity of the line measured by the lateral profile. Besides, constant emission intensity is taken into account. The method does not require complicated devices with time resolution.
