摘要：
LSIS-II is a system applied to automatic layout design for LSI/VLSI chip. The model used in the system is a polycell with macrocell. The main parts of the system are as follows: hierarchical describing language of layout design and its compiler; two-graded cell library and its management subsystem; verification for design description; placement; global routing; routing; physical design; output exchange and interactive design subsystem.
