摘要
The possibility of using cooling heat from power stations, refineries, industrial undertakings, rubbish incinerators, and from geothermal sources for heating by means of the wide use of heat pumps is described. In addition to the general statement of the problem, the technical system of ″cold″ district-heating is presented and explained. The bases of the system are: the heat sources, the cooling-water distribution system, the local distribution, the heat collective and the economy measures which are dependent on the system. Finally a description is given of the interconnection system in the field of the investigation, together with data on the energy and cost balance, including comparison with other systems.
