摘要
In the past seven to eight years, a series of studies have been published, in which the study of the properties of human bone tissue in vivo with high loads, pathology, during the diurnal cycle, and in vitro for determining the features of the construction of bone was based on measurements of the velocity of the passage of ultrasound in surface sounding of bones with exponential concentrators. In the study of the features of the construction of large tubular human bones with exponential concentrators, careful ultrasonic measurement of the superficial whole bone at all points accessible for the measurements is conducted; the number of measuring units in one bone exceeds 600, and the results are presented in the form of topographic maps of the distribution of the velocities c//i along the developed surfaces of the bones.
