摘要
A description is given of the methods of measurement of a recently devised working standard for units of length, speed, and acceleration in vibratory motion of solids. The amplitude of the vibratory translations is measured with the aid of two small two-way and one multiway laser interferometers. The former two operate jointly with electrodynamic and tuning fork vibrators, the latter with a piezoelectric vibrator. The measurement of small and ultrasmall vibrations is based on the method of 'zeroes' of a Bessel function. Amplitutudes of vibration above .2 μm are determined by the method of counting interference bands. The error of the working standard was determined experimentally, with error not exceeding ±0.44% for the multiway interferometer, ±0.6% for the two-way interferometer, and ±0.7% for the method of counting of interference bands. It was concluded the device was comparable to the best non-Soviet means of measurement.
