摘要：

The aim of the paper is describe the Tilezdit HPS in Algeria, the construction of which continued from the November of 1986 to the August of 2004. The plan of hydraulic structures of the Tilezdit HPS is presented. Main attention in the paper is paid to description of design and construction of the earth-fill dam. Test equipment, built-in into the dam body, is described in detail.
