摘要
Effective corrosion protection is a major 'component' of machinery and equipment. If it is to do its job properly, the corrosion protection must be decided and taken into account already at the planning or drawing-board stage. However, in order to take the right precaustions, the expected material stressing and possible corrosion mechanism must be predicted exactly. This in turn calls for comprehensive testing facilities.
