With increasing unit powers of generating units the demands on reliability of the control system and lifetime of the turbine equipment are increasing. An increase in these indicators, as well as minimization of the duration of the transient process govern the main technical efficiency of automatic control systems (ACS)0 being designed to control heating of high-power turbines during startup. A significant simplification in the calculation procedure and control process can be achieved by eliminating the use of special (active) means of identification of the object conditions; by an a priori mathematical model of the object; by presenting the identified model in the form of a transmission function or differential equations. In the case of nonmeasurability of the output parameter of the object being controlled it is impossible not to simulate the sensor of this parameter with a mathematical model associated with a measurable parameter of state.
