摘要：
Methods of grinding under refrigeration are surveyed. The technique is used to embrittle substances that are difficult to grind under normal conditions. The Linde process, stressed in the discussion, refrigerates by means of cold-gas cycles that are adjusted to optimum temperature based on the substances concerned. Liquid nitrogen is used as refrigerant.
