High-temperature extrusion behavior of a superplastic zirconia-based ceramic

摘要
The paper reports on the extrusion behavior of a Y-TZP material at 1500°C with various extrusion ratios, die angles, die shapes, and lubrication conditions for a constant applied stress on the piston. A simple slab analysis using the rheological power law parameters of this material shows that the extrusion rates are consistent with its uniaxial creep behavior.
