摘要
The thermal conductivity of glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP) was determined in the temperature range between minus 180 and plus 140 degree C, using a quasistationary two-plate method. The matrix resins were two epoxy and one unsaturated polyester resin, the reinforcing materials rovings, glasscloth and glass mat. The thermal conductivity of GRP and their anisotropy can be calculated from that of glass and resin, as well as from the concentration and arrangement of the glass fibers, making use of model representations. The deviations of the measured thermal conductivity from that which had been calculated are usually less than 10% in the examined temperature range. For figures see German text.
