摘要：
Various aspects of the Integrated Deepwater System (IDS) program are discussed. It is observed that a reliable network and its ability to leverage assets is expected to help in the creation of a better coast guards. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has laid some of the mission details, the homeland security missions. It is also suggested to struct a partnership on international basis if the security measures have to be tightened.
