摘要：
The ideal intelligent building would electronically link all building equipment and systems - heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), energy management, elevators, fire and security, telecommunications, and office automation - through a distributed microprocessor and central computer system. Retroffitting municipal buildings with high-tech features has enhanced energy conservation, office efficiency and security.
