摘要
The low temperature dependence thermoelectric power of amorphous Al85Y10TM5 (TM = Cu, Ni, Co) was interpreted by electron-phonon mass enhancement effect. The low values of electron-phonon mass enhancement parameter shows the important influence of d electrons of transition metals on electron-phonon interaction. The dependence of this parameter on alloy composition can be accounted for if a transfer of 3p electrons of Al to the 3d state of the TM and the 4d of Y will be included. The coherent description of temperature variation of electrical resistivity will be presented.
