This paper presents experimental results on the dependence of phi //k in RE-(Co//1// minus //yFe//y) (y less than 0. 4) films on the Fe content and negative bias voltage. The study showed that phi //k in RE-Co films is increased by the addition of a small amount of Fe. The maximum value of phi //k obtained was 0. 48 degree , which is the largest current value for RE-TM films. It was also found that phi //k increase with increase of the negative bias voltage between minus 40 V and minus 100 V. The dependence of phi //k on V//b is probably due to the dependence on V//b of the distribution of the direction of magnetization.
