The MULTISEMI type program was created by the combination of the compact MINISEMI converter and the supply section (for switching operations, relay and contactor control, measurement and monitoring). Additional equipment is available which can be fitted at a later date to satisfy the drive or plant requirements. This article describes the concept, the electrical function and the mechanical construction.
