摘要
A unit is described which is designed for the experimental investigation of radio-wave scattering by a medium having a permittivity that varies according to a stipulated law. An electron - ion plasma which develops as a result of gas discharge in a luminescent lamp is used as the scattering medium. Experimental data obtained in the 3-cm range of wavelengths are presented.
