摘要：
The article is devoted to the investigation into the control centre as a complex of interacting structures, including technical, technological, and software ones. The elements of the structures are represented by dynamic data systems. Algorithms are proposed for choosing the design of control centre software, taking into account the prototype structure and the structure analysis of possible designs.
