摘要：

Classification schemes for limit cycles in digital filters are considered. In particular, the scheme based on symmetry considerations is completed. A classification scheme based on the concept of the accessibility of limit cycles is introduced. With this scheme, several problems concerning limit cycles are solved, among which a lower bound on the maximum amplitude of limit cycles in second-order filters with two rounding nonlinearities is given.
