摘要：
It is shown that the quality of ESM metal stock is not worse than the quality of deformed metal. The main types of nonmetallic inclusions that are typical of the deformed metal are absent or have far smaller dimensions. The anisotropy of properties is essentially diminished. The metal utilization coefficient is 2-3 times higher than in the case of product manufacture by the forging method.
