摘要
The n-butylamine thin film was prepared by plasma polymerization for the first time. It was found that hydrogen escaped mainly from the C-H bond during polymerization, so that the C/H value of the film increased. The film has highly branched and cross-linked structure with good heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The infrared spectrum analysis showed that there is amino-group in the film.
