A new geocell-reinforced pavement structure used in heavy-loaded high grade road is proposed. The key point is that based on the mechanical characters of the structure, a space axial-symmetrical model with vertical cracks on surface is constructed using circular rectangle-section unit to simulate concrete structure and Goodman cutting unit to simulate geocell and the interactions between concrete and geocell. Parameters of mechanical analysis can be obtained by lab test. The influences of temperature loads and vehicle loads can be analyzed through finite element method. By transferring the structure parameters, the sensitivity of each parameter and the mechanical rules of this new structure can be ascertained. The laboratory test results prove that this analysis is reliable.
