摘要
The behavior of polymer electroluminescent devices (PLEDs) fabricated with a conducting polyaniline complexed with camphor sulfonic acid (PANI-CSA) electrodes will be discussed. The effects of PANI-CSA electrodes on the current-voltage (I-V) and luminance-voltage (I-V) characteristics of two poly(p-phenylene-vinylene) polymers with different side chains will be considered. The effects of spin casting conditions on the morphology of PANI-CSA blends with a low molecular weight polymer will also be discussed.
