摘要
Ceramic-backed welds, being one-side welds, are inherently subject to distortion. Distortion increases with weldment thickness because of the number of beads required. In a given weldment thickness, the distortion increases with the number of weld passes used. Multiple pass schedules must sometimes limit the heat input or avoid incomplete fusion.
