摘要
The distribution of electric field produced by a couple of TEA CO2 laser electrodes designed based on Chang's profile was calculated here by using the charge simulation method. The calculation results were then analyzed to find out the location where the maximum departure from the expected uniform value of electric field occurs and the maximum departure value, so as to provide the designer of new electrodes having more uniform field with necessary and useful reference.
