摘要：
Development of the prestigious West Bay Complex is due for completion in July 2004. This is the largest private development in the State of Qatar and included a five-star hotel, a 28-storey office tower, apartments, townhouses and a marina. The external appearance of the structure was designed to reflect the local Qatari architecture and traditional masonry work typical of the region.
