摘要
The new paint line is housed in Super Steel's main facility, encompassing 460,000 sq ft. The new system features electrocoating and air-assisted airless electrostatic spray topcoating. In the main plant, parts are transported by forklift to the loading area for the paint line where they are hung on the overhead monorail conveyor. The system can process parts up to six ft high by six ft wide and eight ft long. Line speed, six to 18 fpm.
