摘要
The features of a building log book are discussed. The log book should be a summary of the building, and an information source to log energy performance and changes to the building. The features of a standard building log book toolkit which includes the TM31 publication and an accompanying CD containing templates for small and large buildings and examples of logs books for small, medium and large buildings are also presented.
