摘要
This article reports results of a survey into the propagation characteristics of 900 MHz and 60 GHz radio signals within buildings. Histograms of signal strength are preented for each room surveyed and distance/power law relationships derived. Generally 900 MHz is seen to provide useful signal levels covering several rooms. In contrast at 60 GHz (the oxygen absorption band) signals are confined to a single room due to the absorption and reflection characteristics of building materials. 8 refs.
