摘要：
A direct injection diesel engine with single-spray combustion process has been developed on the basis of the swirl chamber. Development problems associated with the use of direct diesel injection in a passenger car resulted from the wide engine speed range, the strict exhaust emission limitations, regulations on environmental pollution and standards of comfort related to noise, starting ability and odor.
