摘要
The electrical conductivity from 130 degree C to 300 degree C of acceptor-doped BaTiO//3 was measured with a view to the application of this ceramic for multilayer capacitors with base-metal electrodes. The samples were annealed at several temperatures between 600 degree C and 1100 degree C.
