摘要：
A general concept of safety for hydraulic structures is reported, a critical review of publications on this subject in the Gidrotekhnicheskoye Stroitel'stvo monthly for the recent years is given, and an operating supervision management system being presently introduced in three hydroelectric plants of the Angara cascade is described.
