摘要
A method of improving the accuracy of fabrication of cylindrical thin-walled welded shell structures of austenitic materials by preliminary elastic deformation of the edges to be welded is considered. Computational relations are proposed and experimentally verified for determining optimal parameters of the conditions of elastic bending outwards, which may be employed in developing mechanized flow lines combining the operations of welding and elimination of residual shape changes of the given structures.
