摘要
The paper presents a new type of automatic meter, which supplies a quantity of electrical energy proportional to the sum of money which was introduced in the meter, specifying the fact that the consumer has the possibility to follow, through a digital system, the sum which is available after a time. The meter has a buffer minibattery, which ensures the working of the control system when the supplying of electrical energy is cut off.
